If you pay online, our payment processor (Xendit) handles your card or e-wallet details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

We share limited information with the service providers that help us operate: Xendit (payment processing), Resend (booking emails), and Cloudinary (photo hosting). Each only receives what it needs to perform its function.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
